1. Consultation Terms

The free consultation is a complimentary 60-minute session, offered in-salon or virtually via Google Meet.

Consultations are designed to provide education, recommendations, and service guidance — no financial obligation is required to attend.

After your consultation, you may choose to book a paid service, purchase a package, or enroll in a membership.

2. Booking Policy

All bookings must be made through the official HairCUSTOMIZED funnel, booking link, or authorized scheduling system.

Confirmation details and access links (for virtual consultations) will be sent via email and/or SMS upon completion of your booking.

Please ensure your contact information is accurate when booking.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice by emailing [email protected] or calling 410-705-4977.

Missed appointments without notice may affect eligibility for future free consultations.

4. Client Conduct & Eligibility

HairCUSTOMIZED reserves the right to decline or discontinue services for clients who demonstrate disrespectful, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior.

Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for in-salon consultations.

5. Results Disclaimer

Every client’s hair and scalp condition is unique. HairCUSTOMIZED does not guarantee identical results for all individuals.

Advice and recommendations provided during consultations are based on professional assessment and are intended for educational purposes.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information (name, phone number, email, questionnaire responses) is used solely for booking, communication, and service delivery.

HairCUSTOMIZED, LLC does not share, sell, or disclose client data to third parties.

By booking, you consent to receive relevant follow-up emails or SMS messages regarding your consultation or future promotions.

7. Intellectual Property

All website, funnel, and social media content (images, videos, text, and graphics) are the exclusive property of HairCUSTOMIZED, LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

8. Updates to Terms

HairCUSTOMIZED, LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website or booking page.
