1. Consultation Terms

The free consultation is a complimentary 60-minute session, offered in-salon or virtually via Google Meet.

Consultations are designed to provide education, recommendations, and service guidance — no financial obligation is required to attend.

After your consultation, you may choose to book a paid service, purchase a package, or enroll in a membership.

2. Booking Policy

All bookings must be made through the official HairCUSTOMIZED funnel, booking link, or authorized scheduling system.

Confirmation details and access links (for virtual consultations) will be sent via email and/or SMS upon completion of your booking.

Please ensure your contact information is accurate when booking.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours notice by emailing [email protected] or calling 240-443-4219.

Missed appointments without notice may affect eligibility for future free consultations.

4. Client Conduct & Eligibility

HairCUSTOMIZED reserves the right to decline or discontinue services for clients who demonstrate disrespectful, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior.

Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for in-salon consultations.

By booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent where required.

5. Results Disclaimer

Every client’s hair and scalp condition is unique. HairCUSTOMIZED does not guarantee identical results for all individuals.

Advice and recommendations provided during consultations are based on professional assessment and are intended for educational purposes only.

Individual results may vary based on lifestyle, hair care routine, health conditions, and adherence to recommendations.

6. SMS, Communication & Data Use Policy

By booking a consultation, you consent to receive SMS and email messages from HairCUSTOMIZED, LLC related to:

Appointment confirmations

Rescheduling updates
